By accessing or using Clarity Ledger™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

Platform Description

Clarity Ledger™ is a financial management platform operated by SMB Strategy & Operational Services LLC. We provide tools for tracking income, expenses, debt, and financial projections. We are not a bank, investment advisor, or licensed financial institution.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Clarity Ledger™, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Verify all financial decisions with a licensed professional
• Comply with all applicable tax and financial regulations
• Not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Subscription & Payment

Clarity Ledger™ offers three membership tiers: Personal ($29/month), Enterprise ($79/month), and Legacy ($149/month). All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Intellectual Property

The Clarity Ledger™ platform, including all software, designs, and content, is the intellectual property of SMB Strategy & Operational Services LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Clarity Ledger™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, tax penalties, or business decisions made based on information provided by the platform. You assume all risk when using our services.

Disclaimer of Financial Advice

Clarity Ledger™ does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All calculations, projections, and reports are for informational purposes only. You should consult with licensed professionals (CPAs, financial advisors, attorneys) before making any financial decisions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you will lose access to your financial data unless you export it before account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in Maryland courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
